Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Amma’s Spices, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are food items, the following policy applies:

1. No Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

2. Refunds (Applicable Only If)

Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or leaked package at the time of delivery
  • Missing items in the order

Proof required: Unboxing video or photos within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
